A Real Case Study

A Metaverse startup was looking for help with manual product testing and required someone to help with Quality Assurance in the pipeline shown below.

ARIVA helped set up a simple back-office to take over and own the entirety of the block 'QA Team' as shown above. The team was onboarded in less than a week and we designed a simple process to ensure very smooth hand-offs between the client and the remote offshore back-office that we staffed and currently manage. The result is a very well established QA testing process that is currently ongoing (and very cost effective for the client). Communication is done via dedicated Slack channels as shown below:
